Below are some frequently asked question about partnering with Arise.
1 Do I have to be a legal resident of the United States?
Yes. Two 42 Virtual Service requires that all individuals seeking to become CSP’s legally reside in the United States and be legal to work within the United States. However, Arise has made a business decision to not support the provision of services from the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin.
2. What does the work involve?
You will choose the client you wish to service. The work typically consists in taking inbound calls provided customer service. There may be an element of sales involved but that will be noted in the client description. Opportunities will be given to you once you have completed the Admissions process.
3. Can I move to a different location or State and still service Arise?
YES! One of the amazing benefits of being virtual is that you can service clients in any environment that continues to meet our home office requirements and equipment standards. However if you are moving please note that we do not accept candidates from the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin.
4. What is the minimum age to become a Virtual Agent?
You must be 18 years old or older at the time you apply with Two 42 Virtual Service
5. Will I need to call long distance?
We do have a few clients that require that you have a long distance package as you will be making outbound calls. However, most of our clients are inbound calls so they wouldn’t require you to have long distance. This requirement is be based off of your client selection. You have the option to to express interest in a client once you have completed the admissions process.
6.The Admissions process can be completed in as little as three to five days! Certification courses required to service a particular client can take between two days and several weeks to complete. Once you join our Virtual Services Corporation and obtained the certifications, you are then eligible to begin earning income by servicing that client. You can begin working from home and earning REAL money in as little as 21 days.
7. How long will it take before I can begin earning money with Arise?
How many hours can I work?
You can work as many hours as you desire. However, there is a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required under the terms of the Statement of Work (‘SOW”) on most client applications. We have hours for CSP’s to service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are also weekend requirements.
8.This opportunity will be replacing my full-time job. Is working as a virtual agent competitive to a full-time job?
The hours available for a specific client will be outlined in the Opportunity Announcements you receive once you complete the Admissions Process.
This opportunity is very competitive. The amount of money you can earn will depend on the amount of time you want to work and your performance. In fact, many of our clients offer extra incentives for good performance.
9. What are the minimum computer requirements?

10. What operating systems do Arise and its clients currently support in the US?
Windows 7 is the only operating system that is supported by all the clients that Arise contracts with. Windows 8, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10 are supported by some of the clients and Mac OSX may be supported for a limited set of opportunities. Please refer to the opportunity announcement (once admission is completed) for additional requirements.
11. Can I use my laptop to serve Arise clients?
Yes. You can use your laptop work as long as your laptop meets the minimum computer requirements listed in the FAQ’s above. Remember, you may not use any wireless connections at any time. Your laptop must be hard wired to a supported internet connection. Wireless keyboards and a wireless mouse are not supported.
12. Can my cell phone be used for incoming calls?
No. Arise will not support cell phones due to security reasons.
13. Can I use my existing home telephone to receive calls?
No. You need a separate landline telephone dedicated to receiving Arise incoming calls. This line cannot be used for any other incoming or outgoing personal calls. Arise does require you to provide us a separate contact telephone number. In addition, no one should have this phone number other than Arise.
